Stable connectivity

How do I set up the devices?

Can I buy it and install it on my own?
We totally support the do-it-yourself customers. Feel free to purchase our smart devices and install it on your own. Have fun!

Do the smart switches connect via zigbee hub?
All our smart switches connect through a zigbee hub and to your Wi-Fi network. We recommend using 2 hubs for every 900 sqft.
A neutral wire to install the switches?
The smart wall switches are made to work with or without neutrals.
I need a 4-gang smart switch!
Sorry we don't have that option but you could try connecting four light points to two double smart switch. Or combining two light points to one button and use a triple switch.
Can the devices connect to a mesh network?
The answer is yes and it may be easier to connect to 2.4GHz directly.
